Return and Refund Policy
(herein referred to as the "Policy")
This Policy only applies to items purchased from Bestbird.com, on Bestbird.com, and not on purchases made via links to third party websites, such as Amazon.com
This Policy is also subject to return and refund policies for product purchases supplied, fulfilled or drop-shipped to purchasers directly by third parties. In the event that the applicable third party return or refund policy is more restrictive than this Policy, the more restrictive policy will apply.
Please be sure to read product return policies carefully before purchasing.
With the exception of items listed below, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original undamaged packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Be sure to include the order information, and your name, accurate delivery address, telephone and email contact information. Pictures of the product and packaging and proof of purchase are required to confirm issues and condition.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return information, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Purchasers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Purchasers are responsible for a 10% restocking fee, unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
No returns will be accepted before this has been completed and a digital return authorization code has been provided to you.
Items sent back to us or our suppliers without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and are likely to be discarded and not refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Some of our suppliers have more restrictive return policies on certain items. Common examples include heavy or hard to ship items, or very low cost items, or internationally shipped items. As mentioned above, please check the product specific return policy before purchasing.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
